Shipping, exchanges and returns

SHIPPING COST:

• Spain (mainland) & Portugal: FREE for orders over €75. For orders under €75, shipping costs will be €5.

• Spain (Balearic Islands, Ceuta & Melilla): €12.

• Canary Islands: €15

• Europe: FREE for orders over €150. For orders under €150, shipping costs will be €18.

• United Kingdom: FREE for orders over €150. For orders under €150, shipping costs will be €20. Local customs charges will be borne by the customer.

Estimated delivery time

• Spain & Portugal: 1-2 days.

• Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla): 2-3 days.

• Canary Islands: 3-5 days.

• Europe: 4-6 days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY:

Customers have a period of 15 days from the date of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products.

Once we receive the return and check its status, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return, and we will proceed to refund the amount of the returned products. Shipping costs for the order are only refunded in the case of defective products.
